BANGKOK - In this world, we all have different goals, different ambitions, some people dream to be actresses, architectures or engineers while others have a big passion to pursue their careers in the fashion industry. However, if you desire to be a model, heres another motivational article to read.
The Mall Fashion. Fashion Is You was another big fashion show on Saturday, 17 November 2012 hosted by the The Mall Group and Cheeze & Looker Magazine that had opened for fashionistas all over Thailand to submit their photos to the magazines Facebook page and the winners were chosen to walk on a genuine flashy runway, wearing wide variety of famous designers clothes. This was such a favorable opportunity for young talented people to make their names in the massive entertainment industry in Thailand since they didnt need to have perfect body shapes or look like VOGUE and New York Fashion Week models.

So what did the competition require? The only answer was STYLE.
The rule was that they had to wear clothes which represented their own styles, and the judges would pick the outstanding candidates to the next round. In the 2nd audition, all of them had to be at Cheeze Magazine Studio so as to take both full and half photographs, film a short introduction video, and walk on a sample runway (I could say this might be the most thrilling moment because they needed to show the real potential in front of all the judges and approximately 20 audiences!)
Thus, the final 100 boys and girls were selected to shine on a runway as models for the event which was held on November 17 at The Mall Bangkapi, Bangkok.

To be a fashionista or a model doesnt mean that you have to wear brand names or have a pretty face like superstars but the most important thing is to be yourself. For me, I wasnt born to be a fashion lover in the first place. I have no idea which style is good or bad; however, one thing that I know is Im having fun with what I do and feel like myself while doing it. Although I read fashion magazines like they are my lecture notes particularly the part whats hot and whats not but I hardly follow them. You can buy those trendy items from the stores and wear them, but finally the only thing that matters is what is right for you.
Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are - Kurt Cobain, the former singer of Nirvana and my inspiration.
