Marina Makaron is a Russian fashion designer who has spent her time studying and working in many different places around the globe: Moscow, London, Paris, and Philadelphia.

Her first collection was a result of experimenting with basic Russian imagery and folklore depictions. With time, she developed a very unique style which combines her Eastern European heritage with modern influences. Her bold collections blend together vintage-inspired prints, vibrant colours, and dream-like shapes. Using the finest available textiles and hand-crafted production, Marina created a strong brand that is defined by quality and easy-going elegance.

Marina presented her Autumn/Winter 2013 collection on the first day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. Her colorful designs, inspired by art and fantasy, are unique and fun to wear. Eye-popping prints, and vibrant colour palettes create ready-to-wear silk canvases. We can't wait to see more collections from this talented designer!
