TORONTO, CANADA - Canadian brand DUY presented their Fall/Winter 2013 collection on the second day of World MasterCard Fashion Week, the biggest fashion event in Canada.

Duy Nguyen won the top prize in the Mercedes-Benz Start Up program for emerging Canadian designers in 2012. His ready-to-wear label DUY is based in Montreal. "Clothes should be simple but well thought. I love menswear for its tailoring qualities and womenswear, because it makes me dream. Great style happens when it really reflects who you are." - says the designer.

DUY's latest collection features elegant jackets and coats combined with both wide and narrow trousers, feminine dresses, and chic evening gowns. What we really like about this collection is the designer's use of a broad colour pallette, putting together classic white and grey with olive green and pastel blue. Occasional leather and fur accents add a touch of sophistication and luxury.
